About Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments on our website. Stripe is a US company based in San Francisco. Millions of companies in over 120 countries use Stripe to handle their business payments.

Security

Stripe’s platform includes security and compliance tools to help keep payments safe and meets the highest certification standards, including PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Stripe only works over secure connections, so you will always see the padlock symbol next to our url in your browser window.

Payment methods

Stripe accepts virtually all credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express as well as wallet payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay.

Please note the option for wallet payment methods will only appear on your payment screen if you have a valid account associated with your mobile device or browser. You also need to have a billing address defined for that account otherwise your wallet payment may fail. If you have an active wallet account such as Apple Pay, an additional payment button will appear during the payment process above the card section, allowing simple one-click checkout.

Note that wallet payment methods always assume that you want it shipped to your billing address. If you are buying a gift for shipment to a different address, you will need to pay by card.

Checkout

When you enter your payment details you will notice a check box for ‘Check to enable 1-click payment for future purchases’. If you check this option, your card details will be stored securely on Stripe servers and not on our website.
