Our returns policy

For products purchased via this website, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please notify us in writing (post or email) within 14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including any delivery charge. Items must be unused and undamaged. Products should be returned in suitable (preferably the original) packaging. Please include information to identify yourself and the order – a copy of your order confirmation email would be ideal. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and parcels are returned at your own risk. We strongly recommend you use a shipment method that includes appropriate insurance and tracking/proof of delivery as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We will process your refund with 14 days of receiving the returned goods providing they meet the criteria outlined above. Refunds can only be made via our payment partner to the original payment method that you used. All returns should be sent to: Cur8ted.Art, 17 Langdale Road, Bebington, Wirral, CH63 3AN.

Faulty goods

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act (2015), goods must be as described and fit for purpose. In rare circumstances, you may receive a faulty item or an item that has been damaged in transit. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and let us know the details of the fault as soon as possible. We may ask you to email us a photograph of the fault rather than posting the item back to us. We will offer a refund or replacement on faulty goods according to your preference. If you opt for a refund we will also refund all or part of the original postage cost (depending on whether you are returning all or part of your order). If we ask you to return a faulty item, we will also refund your postage costs.
